Appoint Guardians
If you have children under the age of 18 you need to set out clear instructions as to who you you would want to take care of them in your absence. Failure to do this will transfer the decision to the local authority and the courts. By appointing guardians you ensure that your wishes are adhered to and ease the pain of your loved ones at a very difficult time.
Charitable Donations
